New booking system from 1st November 2026

You’ll still book through www.chalfontdogpark.co.uk, but the booking process itself is getting an upgrade.

Here is a list of new features:

• Log on to your account and see all your upcoming and past bookings in one place

• Move your own booking if your plans change, with no need to wait for a reply

• Message us directly through your account

• See any discount codes available to you, so you never miss an offer

• No longer any need to pay by bank transfer and re-enter booking reference details

• Pay by credit or debit card at the time of booking

• Use Onelink to enter your payment details securely in seconds

• Use Apple Pay or other mobile payment services for one-tap checkout

• Turn on optional booking reminders so you always know when your slot is coming up

• Store your dogs' details in your account (optional)

• Set key date reminders, such as vaccinations, so nothing gets forgotten

On the cut-over date, any bookings after the cut-over which have been paid for will be migrated to the new system. Any future bookings not paid for at the point of cutover will not be migrated.

So it's now particularly important that if you book in the current system, you should pay immediately to avoid losing your future booking.
